About Me
Even as a little kid, I was obsessed with cameras. That obsession hasn't stopped, and now photography has become one of my greatest joys—and my career! I graduated in 2022 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography and officially founded my business, Kelsey Sandoval Studios, in July 2022.

My photography style is contrasty and bold--I want the colors to pack a punch! I love having light play an important role in the photo. Whether it's harsh shadows or dramatic side light, I guarantee the image will be well-lit, crisp and visually stunning. I am a creative thinker, hard worker, and enthusiastic learner.

I also proudly offer stop motion and video services! Motion is so vital to the evolving digital world. Nothing brings your restaurant, brand or product to life like a creative short video.

What are your rates?Excellent question! My rates vary from project to project. Due to the nature of product photography, every single client and project receives a custom quote! The factors that determine the rate are the amount of time it will take, the deliverables (how many photos and videos you need!) the usage, and the difficulty. Here's the good news—we can discuss your needs and budget together. Head over to the "Contact Me" tab and shoot me a message telling me all about your project and I will get back to you with a custom quote as fast as I can!

I want to book! What happens next?You've decided to book a shoot with me. YAY it's going to be amazing! Here's what will go down: 1) Reach out using the "Contact" form or email me at —— tell me alllll about your vision, budget, marketing needs, hopes and dreams. 2) I will get back to you ASAP with a custom quote 3) If everything looks good on the quote, I'll send over a simple contract to secure your photoshoot date. I will also send over an invoice for 30% of the project cost as a security deposit. 4) If you live outside of Utah, ship your product to me or I can pick some up if it's available at a store near me. If you live within Utah, I can go to you to pick up the product and bring it back to my home studio, or we can shoot on-location if that's more convenient for you! 5) Shoot day! Let's go! I will light, style, and shoot your product so it looks it's best! You are welcome to attend the shoot if you would like but it's not necessary. 6) Edited images will be delivered to you within 2 weeks! (I also usually send sneak peeks!) 7) A final invoice is sent and payment is expected within 14 days. 8) Enjoy your new beautiful photos!!

What kind of photography services do you offer?I offer food photography, product photography, stop-motion, and commercial lifestyle. My preferred editing style has bold colors, lots of contrast and crisp details.

Tell me more about stop-motion!You got it! Stop motion is the art of taking a series of photos, and moving the subject a tiny bit at a time to create a video! I offer stop motion services as an add-on to any photography package, or as a full stop-motion package. It is a fun and effective way to incorporate movement into your marketing!
